Are your DVD/Blu-ray sets compatible with my player?

All of our DVD and Blu-Ray sets are compatible with all DVD and Blu-Ray players worldwide. You should nave no problems playing any of our DVD or Blu-Ray sets on your player, regardless of the type of player or what country you are in. Specifically, all of our sets are Region Free, meaning they do not have region encoding. This is what allows them to be compatible with all players worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards through Authorize.net, one of the Internet's most trusted payment providers. Our entire checkout process utilizes 256-Bit SSL security for your protection. We never store your credit card information. All payment information is handled through our providers to ensure you the maximum security possible. Unfortunately we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

How are your products shipped? Do you ship internationally?

We ship all of our DVD & Blu-Ray sets via the United States Postal Service. We ship both domestically and internationally. Domestic orders (to the USA) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders (outside the USA) are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. All products are shipped in bubble-wrapped protective sleeves to prevent damage.

How much does it cost for shipping to ___________?

Our shipping rates are very reasonable. We only charge actual costs for shipping and choose the best methods to keep costs as low as possible for our customers. Domestic orders (shipped to the USA) of a single DVD or Blu-Ray set are shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 regardless of what city or state they are shipped to. Additional sets may increase the shipping cost slightly. International shipping costs vary depending on the country you are located in. The easiest way to get an exact shipping cost is to add a product to your cart and begin the checkout process. During checkout, you can see the exact shipping cost without any obligation to purchase or enter payment information.

How long will it take my order to be shipped and arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. In the rare circumstance that your order takes longer to be shipped, you will be notified via email of the delay. After shipping, domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days. International orders can take from 7-15 business days to arrive depending on location.

What is the quality of your DVD & Blu-Ray sets?

The quality of each DVD or Blu-Ray set we sell is clearly listed on the product page. Most of our sets are listed at 'A' quality, meaning that their video and audio quality is top notch. Any set that is not rated with an 'A' means that quality is slightly less than perfect, but still the absolute best quality available for that particular set. All of our sets are digitally remastered from the best master sources available. Screenshots of every set are available so that customers can see exactly what the quality of each set is.
